GENERAL
- Commissions are all done in good faith and consent.- I reserve the right to refuse commissions if I find it uncomfortable or hurtful.- The Work in Progress may be streamed unless request for confidentiality (NDA).- I am open to NSFW or other commissions not stated on the Commission Rates page.- Commercial Use means it will be used for merchandise, promotions, advertising or content creation.- Price vary due to complexity of character/background, additional props/characters & demand for tighter deadline.
PAYMENTS
- Accepts only Paypal for International Clients- Accepts 100% downpayment.- Or 50% / 50%. 50% downpayment at the start of the commission. And will release the high-res file once the remaining 50% is paid- Day 01 of commission begins when the downpayment is confirmed.
MILESTONE & REVISIONS
- We can have revisions during the whole work process up to a reasonable number.- However once a MILESTONE is finalize, we cannot go back and redo past milestones. Ex; a pose was finalized during the Concept/Sketches step but the client decide to have a different pose during the Rendering step.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Depends on the queue and the complexity of the order.- May take 3 to 7 days- More than 7 days for high-concept works like character designs, rigging, etc.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Please do not edit the commission without permission and approval from the artist.- Do not claim the art as your own (you made it).- Artist holds the rights to use the artwork for portfolio use.- Please do not use the art for malicious intent or for illegal purposes.- Do not use art in any AI models or feed to algorithms to create Algorithmic Images (AI).- Artworks is limited for personal or commercial use depending on agreement.
REFUNDS
- I can only refund the first 50% downpayment if I choose to discontinue the commission.- No refunds if the client choose to withdraw from the project.
